4月2日下午，萬眾期待的學(xué)生大會(huì)在習(xí)習(xí)春風(fēng)中召開。此次大會(huì)是新學(xué)期國際課程中心開學(xué)來的第一次集體大會(huì)。
On the afternoon of April 2, the student conference was held in the spring breeze. This conference is the first group meeting in the new semester of the International Curriculum Center.
活動(dòng)由國際課程中心學(xué)生處唐穎主任主持。她首先針對上學(xué)期的社團(tuán)活動(dòng)作出了總結(jié)，并提出了三個(gè)發(fā)人深省的問題：
The event was hosted by Director Tang. She first summarized the club activities of the last semester and raised three thought-provoking questions:
1、社團(tuán)意味著什么？What do the clubs mean?
社團(tuán)活動(dòng)并不止是一個(gè)為了讓學(xué)生放松身心而設(shè)立的活動(dòng)。國際課程中心的學(xué)生在走向世界之前，必須努力培養(yǎng)自己的合作、交流等各項(xiàng)能力。在社團(tuán)課中，學(xué)生需要與不同班級(jí)、年級(jí)，不同個(gè)性的同學(xué)合作，逐步懂得如何平等交流并尊重差異性。
Club activities are not just set up for students to relax. Students of the International Curriculum Center must work hard to develop their cooperation, communication and other abilities before they go abroad. In clubs, students need to cooperate with students of different classes, grades and personalities, and gradually learn how to communicate and respect different people equally.
2、社團(tuán)紀(jì)律問題 Club discipline
社團(tuán)活動(dòng)并不意味著自由散漫。所謂“不以規(guī)矩，不能成方圓”，社團(tuán)活動(dòng)也應(yīng)當(dāng)有紀(jì)律、有組織地展開。良好的組織、管理才能讓社團(tuán)活動(dòng)發(fā)揮最大的效用。
Club activities do not mean total freedom, they should also be organized and disciplined. Good organization and management can maximize the effectiveness of club activities.
3、社團(tuán)活動(dòng)與學(xué)習(xí)關(guān)系問題 The relationship between club activities and studying
社團(tuán)活動(dòng)作為學(xué)生發(fā)展興趣、發(fā)揮特長的平臺(tái)，不應(yīng)影響和干擾課堂內(nèi)的學(xué)習(xí)。學(xué)生應(yīng)該學(xué)會(huì)處理學(xué)習(xí)與興趣之間的關(guān)系，合理安排時(shí)間，做到相互促進(jìn)。
As a platform for students to develop their interests and develop their specialties, community activities should not interfere with and interfere with learning in the classroom. Students should learn to deal with the relationship between studying and interest, arrange the time reasonably and promote each other.
隨后，學(xué)校對上學(xué)期表現(xiàn)出色的社團(tuán)干部和優(yōu)秀社員進(jìn)行了表彰。國際課程中心吳校長為優(yōu)秀干部和社員頒發(fā)了獎(jiǎng)狀。
Afterwards, the school honored the outstanding club cadres and outstanding members in the last semester. President Wu of the International Curriculum Center presented awards to them.

接著，唐主任針對本學(xué)期的社團(tuán)活動(dòng)的安排進(jìn)行了說明。相較以往，本學(xué)期社團(tuán)活動(dòng)時(shí)間有所增加，給予了同學(xué)們更多發(fā)揮特長的空間。社團(tuán)主要分為文化傳承、科技前沿、能力素養(yǎng)、文韜武略和國際視野這幾大類。其中，機(jī)器人社在上學(xué)期通過師生的共同努力，參加了WER中國賽區(qū)的比賽，幾位成員順利過關(guān)并將沖擊WER國際賽。另外，演講與口才社也將為同學(xué)們提升中英文素養(yǎng)，為今后的中英文演講及主持比賽打下良好基礎(chǔ)。
Director Tang then explained the arrangement of the club activities in this semester. Compared with the past, club members now have more time to develop their interests. Clubs are mainly divided into five parts: cultural inheritance, scientific and technological frontier, competence, culture and strategy, and international vision. In the last semester, the members of robot club participated in the wer competition held in China with the joint efforts of teachers and students, Members of robot club successfully passed the wer international competition. In addition, the speech and eloquence club will also improve students’ Chinese and English literacy, and lay a good foundation for future speeches and competitions.
緊接著，唐主任向大家介紹了學(xué)生會(huì)招新的計(jì)劃并鼓勵(lì)同學(xué)們積極參選。學(xué)校通過學(xué)生干部的培養(yǎng)及鍛煉，讓每個(gè)同學(xué)都能參與到學(xué)校的管理和發(fā)展中來，都能成為國際課程中心的一份子，既磨練了自己，又培養(yǎng)了大家對集體的熱愛和主人翁意識(shí)。
Next, Director Tang introduced the recruitment of student union and encourage the students to actively participate in the election.Everyone will get involved in the management and development of the school. Students will be a part of international curriculum center, enhancing sense of ownership.
與此同時(shí)，錫外人物評(píng)選活動(dòng)也正如火如荼地舉行。我們將不斷發(fā)掘身邊的典型，發(fā)揮榜樣的力量，彰顯國際課程中心學(xué)子的青春風(fēng)采，敬請期待！
At the same time,the on-going selection of outstanding students in WXWGY is welcomed by the faculty . We will continue to explore typical role models and reveal their presence ,we'll see!
最后，吳校長為大會(huì)做出總結(jié)發(fā)言。吳校長表示，國際課程中心一直努力為學(xué)生的個(gè)性發(fā)展搭建平臺(tái)，為學(xué)生培養(yǎng)興趣、發(fā)揮特長、提升能力創(chuàng)造條件，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合實(shí)踐的能力。社團(tuán)活動(dòng)的目的在于幫助同學(xué)們發(fā)展自己的興趣、更好地認(rèn)識(shí)自己、做自己的主人，希望大家可以在多元文化環(huán)境中健康成長。

Finally, President Wu made a concluding statement for the general assembly. President Wu said that the international curriculum center has been trying hard to build platforms for students' individual development.It has been providing opportunities for students to discover their interests and to bring out their best. The purpose of club activities is to help students develop their interests , know themselves better and be their own masters, so that they can grow up healthily in a multicultural environment.
